This Eco friendly cottage's special feature is the proximity to the world famous Settle to Carlisle line which has regular steam trains passing in the summer months and if you are lucky the Flying Scotsman. There is a large log burning fireplace. Featuring 3 bedrooms, this spacious cottage offers 2 bathrooms with showers, a large lounge with separate dining area, a large kitchen and an external seating area with views of the Eden valley. The fully equipped kitchen features a stovetop, a refrigerator, kitchenware and an oven and views of passing trains through the triple glazed windows. This cottage has a private entrance with free parking and dedicated 22kw EV charging. 

The cottage has it's own 18kw solar farm with battery storage to ensure your stay has a minimal carbon footprint. There are three bedrooms and there is a travel cot for the little one but please bring bedding for the cot. There are plenty of walks and you are within reach of the Lake District Nation Park so bring your furry friend who will be most welcome.
